A free taster session! This class is taught in BDS 0.08. You MUST wear a FACE COVERING to be allowed to participate in this class. A yoga mat is not essential but if you have one, bring it along; if you don't have a mat, bring a towel instead.
This class will focus on breathing to allow you to deepen your postures whilst also facilitating your journey into relaxation and a more meditative state. By the end of the class, you will feel stronger and more stretches and deeply relaxed with a calm and clearer mind, ready to relax and enjoy the rest of your evening.
