We are a friendly club looking to welcome lots of new members for a year of fun, fitness and socials! To give you an idea of what our lessons are like we are holding a series of short 30 minute sessions on Sunday 29th September between 3-6pm in Congregation Hall 01.20. You'll have the opportunity to meet our PDC approved instructor Holly Munson who will take you through a warm up, a series of moves and warm down. You'll also have the opportunity to meet our lovely committee who will have a chat with you about our club, memberships and what to expect in the year from us! FREE tickets can be 'purchased' through our UEA SU page events. Make sure to get yours soon as our tasters are always in high demand! Tickets will go on sale at 10amon Wednesday 25th September (the day of Sports Fayre)!
Pole Fitness Tasters
When: Sunday 29th 3-6pm (30 minutesessions).
Where: Congregation Hall 01.20.
Please make sure to turn up a minimum of 15 minutes before your taster to sign some forms and listen to important information in Congregation Hall 01.12.
I can't make it any more, what should I do?
Please tell us as soon as possible! This is because our tasters are in such high demand that we would hate for someone else to miss out. We do not tolerate noshows with no notice.
I want to come to a taster but all the tickets have sold out, what can I do?
You can message us to be placed on our reserve list as often we have drop outs on the day. Please make sure to keep your phone near to you!
What do I wear and bring?
We suggest coming in shorts, a t-shirt and bringing water to keep hydrated! A lot of people are worried about having to wear shorts to exercise, but we promise you our environment is judgement-free.
Do I have to be strong and flexible to join?
Of course not! Most of our members start as Beginners who have never tried Pole Fitness before university. Our Pole Fitness classes are specially designed to increase your strength and flexibility over the weeks.
Where do I find different timed tickets?
