Navigate Norfolk Day Walk - Marston Marsh - 6.5 miles
11am - 2pm
Meet at UEA Mega Bus Stop
Come join us for one of our FREE group walks. Get outside in the fresh air, enjoy the beautiful surrounding area and socialise with others. See description below for COVID-19 documents.

Postgraduate runners (beginners)
5:30pm - 6:10pm
Meet outside UEA Sportspark main entrance
Get into running and enjoy the physical and mental health benefits it brings. The session are aimed at beginners so will follow the couch to 5k format. Sessions are FREE, take place on UEA campus and will be led by volunteers. Book a ticket today!!!!

Weekly Dog Walking

Meet by UEA security lodge
Explore the outdoor spaces and see the 'pawsitive' effect the lovely doggos can have on your wellbeing. See description below for COVID-19 related amendments and documents. Tickets will be released 3 weeks before event takes place.
