Roller Disco

Get your skates ready for an 80s extravaganza roller disco in the Sportspark. Expect disco anthems, cheesy hits, and neon! Neon dress-up highly encouraged.

Event Details

Skate hire is included in the ticket cost, though pros are welcome to bring your own! All skates bought along will be checked by the roller-disco staff to ensure they are suitable for the event. 

This ticket enables you to 45 minutes of skating time. Some skating time may be taken up by handing out skates and skate handover, but we will try to ensure this process as as efficent as possible. There are three tickets you will be able to choose from:  

5:00pm – 5:55 pm, 6:00pm – 6:55pm, and 7:00pm – 7:55 pm


Do Something Different Wristband

This event is inlcuded on the Do Something Different Wiristband, which you can purchase here

Do Something Different Wristband holders are able to attend any of the following slots, please just secure your free ticket so we know when to expect you!



Battle of the Halls

This event is part of Battle of the Halls, our brand new intra- mural halls competition whereby you can win a point for coming to events throughout the year for the hall which you currently live in or previously lived in as alumni. There will be ten events throughout the academic year, so make sure you stay tuned to @ueasport social media for more information! 



This ticket is non-refundable. You may sell your ticket to another student; however, this must be done without the help of the SU. For any concerns regarding refunds and exchange, please email the Do Something Different team (dosomething.different@uea.ac.uk) for additional support 



We're committed to making sure all Do Something Different events are as accessible as possible for all students. 

This event contains physical activity. Roller skating professionals will be at this event to ensure safe practice is being adhered to. First cover will be available.
