Mindfulness in a busy schedule
We will explore simple and brief meditation and mindful living practices to help you ground yourself and find some clarity during a busy stressful day. You will need to prepare a raisin or a piece of fruit for this session.
This session will be run by Isabel, Talking Therapist at Student Services.
