This session will be in-person on campus, outside, and follow all Covid safety guidance. Please dress for the weather on the day. We will be meeting by the trees in between the two ziggurats.

This session is open to anyone who is looking to get outdoors and to provide you with confidence and ideas to go and explore your local space. Looking at the practicalities of what to take, to know where and when to go and will include some thoughts about the difference between nature contact and nature connection. We shall explore some gratitude as well as some activities can you do by yourself and/ or with friends and family. You will an opportunity to go explore what the campus has to offer and feedback on how your journey in nature went.

If you get the chance for a little wander before the session, even in your own garden or stepping out the front door…. and find a natural item that catches your eye, that you feel a connection to bring to the first session would be great.
