These past 10 months have been like nothing else we have experienced in recent history. Managing change and your commitments can be exhausting and it's important to recognise when things might be getting too much. This session will give you an introduction to what burnout is, how to recognise the signs and how to step away safely. The session should take 1 hour with a personal activity towards the end.
