Head on over to the SU Twich channel to join in with this self-massage session. For 50 minutes you will be taught ways to relax and relieve tension after a long day of study. Then the instructor, The Norfolk Massage Specialist, will stay for a short Q&A to answer any questions you have about the session.
Easy to use massage techniques to help ease neck and shoulder tension, promote relaxation and settle anxiety and stress. Jess will demo and talk through each step.
What you’ll need:
1: oil/lotion - coconut oil (same as used for cooking) or a type of vegetable oil. Jess recommends decanting oil into a smaller dish to avoid spills. If using lotion, try to use one that isn’t too thick.
2: yoga mat or folded towel
3: a couple of tennis balls/physio balls (not essential)
You will also need a clean upper body and face and freshly washed and dried hands.
